Deposit - Terms & Conditions

To secure a booking for ECU remapping, diagnostics, vehicle tuning, ECU unlocking, or any other service provided by Performance Torque, a deposit may be required.

All deposits are non-refundable.

By paying a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• The deposit secures a specific appointment, workshop time, and/or allocation of resources.
• Performance Torque may incur costs in preparation for the booked service, including but not limited to labour, software licensing, tuning file preparation, equipment allocation, and administration.
• Deposits will not be refunded if the customer cancels the appointment, fails to attend the appointment, changes their mind, sells the vehicle, or is otherwise unable to proceed with the booked service.
• Deposits are also non-refundable where the customer decides not to proceed after diagnostic checks, vehicle inspection, or compatibility checks have been carried out.
• If the customer requests to reschedule an appointment, Performance Torque may, at its sole discretion, transfer the deposit to a future booking provided reasonable notice is given.
• In the unlikely event that Performance Torque cancels the booking and is unable to offer a suitable alternative appointment, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
